Question / Help Audio syncing

I have an El Gato Gaming Capture and I am trying to sync the audio to the video. My audio is 15 seconds ahead of my video, I cant seem to figure out how to sync the two together. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

I tested my stream without the obs, and just started my stream using only my PS4 and the video and audio were perfectly synced. The audio and video is also perfectly synced on my el gato. How can I sync it on obs?
