I have been streaming for about 4 months, and didn't have trouble the first 2 months, now these last 2 months have been nothing but audio sync trouble ONLY when I play FPS.
So far I've tried: Cod;ww3, Pubg, Rainbow six siege, Cs;go, and battlefield 4 and all have cause me Audio sync problems, but any other game like Ds3, LoL, any vr , and even Fortnite haven't hit me with problems.
