Question / Help Audio Sync Offset when outputting to stream only

In order to sync my gameplay with my audio, I'm trying to go into the properties of my elgato in the sources option, and set the audio sync offset to -1500 ms. However when setting it to anything higher than about -10 my game audio cuts out completely. I've tried setting global audio offsets but those don't seem to do anything. Help please

That isn't going to work at all. You can't "un-delay" the Elgato, you have to delay other devices so they sync up with it. What specifically do you need to sync up? Just your mic and webcam? Desktop audio too?

The audio and video from the Xbox should already be in sync by default. A mic can be delayed under Settings > Audio > Mic Sync Offset, and a webcam can be delayed using the buffer option in its video capture source properties. If you're also trying to sync up desktop auto (e.g. so TeamSpeak/Skype/whatever match the console) the easiest solution would be to use OBS Studio, since you're able to delay individual audio devices directly instead of dealing with the global audio offset.
