Audio sync offset does nothing on latest OBS...

I've tried setting my mic audio offset to 5000ms and it clearly does nothing.
No difference on recording, stream or monitor.
Can anyone else confirm this?

Nevermind, it's working now... Maybe I was setting the delay of the wrong input device.
