Audio Sync not applied to tracks

Hello,

I've been trying to fix the audio sync between video/audio.
When I record with all default settings (0ms delay) then look at the tracks in davinci, then the audio is about 12 frames off (ahead) of the video.
When I apply ANY offset and record again, the audio is still the exact same 12 frames off.

I've tried to apply 200, 180, 2000, -180, -2000 and none of them seem to be applied to the audio track.
I've checked, and the sync is stored in the advanced settings for the audio input.

I have also tried to run OBS as admin.

Camera Setup: GoPro via USB.
Mic: MV7 via USB.

The OBS scene just has the camera and the mic as a source, there is nothing else.

Any idea whats going wrong?

Plugin watches and listens for a special video (video is perfectly synced) you playing back on another device and then plugin analyzes delay - or the way OBS "sees" this video.

Are you sure that you applying "Sync Offset" to right Source?
