Audio sync keeps changing

I am able to put an audio delay to synchronize with the video. However, every time I run OBS, I have to reset the delay even though nothing else has changed. The delay setting for the audio is still set but it doesn't have the same effect. Is there some way to have it be consistent without having to check and set each time?

This is the log of one of my sessions. The audio is more out of sync on the recording than on the stream. I can't see anything in the log that would help me with the audio sync. I need to find a way to have it be more consistent.
