Question / Help Audio Sync Issue

I've recently had a problem with audio not syncing correctly. There is about a 1 second delay from my actions to the sound for the game capture. Both broadcasting and local recordings have this issue. My recording was fine a couple weeks ago but has messed up here recently and I'm not sure why. I haven't changed any settings.

Same for me, Notice that in my last video which is already published in YouTube, mine was 0.5-1 second delayed and not all sound track was parts of it, I thought its my editing app. So, I restarted the whole thing. noticed no changes I published it.\

Encoder QuickSync at CBR 40000 - 50000. And now I switched to Nvidia hope it goes well.
