Audio sync continually fluctuating

Hi,
My audio sync keeps changing as my live stream progresses.
In other words, if I want the audio in sink, I will have to keep changing the "offset" during live stream.
Here is my log file.

Note: I did 2 test streams first, which may be at the beginning of the log??
I can see rendering lag, bandwidth lag and encoding lag......?

Any other visible improvements I could make by looking at the log file, please let me know.

I can suggest turning off Game DVR, because that can take up resources. Also run OBS as admin for sure. What resolution and fps are you trying to stay at
