This is just from my brain and wanted to know if it could be added or even possible by selecting a window and only useing that audio only like if you have music that you have in the background and only want game audio playing or game audio and ts or skype etc.
Maybe in the future, though for the time being you can't really filter audio from other applications out from your desktop audio. You can use things like "virtual audio cable" to help with it, but it's not very easy to use.
