Question / Help Audio stuttering issues, have constant stuttering issues for both stream or recording

Hello,

I've searched for hours now and have given up, I'm hopeful that the forums will have some kind of solution for me.

I've gotten core aac enabled, I've tested at various FPS/bitrates for both video and audio and there doesn't seem to be any solution to it.

My computer fairly new and high specs, it should not be a hardware issue and my internet is also sufficient bitrate.

I have a feeling it's something stupidly simple, have attached log files.
