Question / Help Audio stutter issues with local recording.

Just started using OBS studio and I'm trying to record a video of a tracking session in my DAW. The video plays fine but the audio skips and stutters randomly it seems. Any help whatsoever would be nice.

Would a video of the recording better help anyone understand exactly what the problem is?
