Audio Stopped Working

Windows did one of its updates this morning, and it seems to have messed up OBS for me. I no longer have audio in the video capture device. I can't hear anything while I'm recording, nor is there any audio when I play it back. I checked everything I knew to check in the OBS settings and in my computer's audio settings and it all looks like I think it's supposed to, or at least like it did prior to this morning when it was working fine. I even uninstalled and reinstalled OBS. But still no audio.
 
This is a sample log from since it stopped working. It said it was too big to upload, so I removed the last 99% of it that was just thousands of lines all repeating that same thing about "Found EOI before any SOF."

I shut everything down again, and restarted the computer yet again. Now OBS works normally.

I guess one of those random inexplicable things computers do to remind us who's really in charge.
