Question / Help Audio static/crackles

[Nex ex Umbra]

I've always had this problem where my audio has static and crackles whenever I do record/stream. This is rather irritating to my viewers as you can imagine. I do not use a webcam so it's not that. and I've found no other possible solution to it.
