Question / Help Audio starts a second after video while recording?

Hey. I'm trying to record some footage of LoL. I know OBS is technically a streaming service, but it's great at recording- except recently I've run into a problem. When I open my recorded videos, the audio doesn't seem to start until a second after the video does, in which a delay is then produced.

Any idea what's happening? I don't know why the audio would come un-synced. I'm simply recording in-game sound, not from a microphone.

You can see clearly the audio doesn't start instantly, and has a constant lag to it after it does.

Hey there, I'm new to this forum and OBS but pretty sure the same issue happened to me. I clicked the gear next to "Mixer" which is above the mic/audio controls and put in 300ms for audio delay. Its for the mic in my case, but it looks to apply this to other audio sources. Anyway, I hope this helped!

Seemed to be fixed by the setting in Advanced called "force desktop audio to use video timestamps as a base for audio time".
