Audio Sounds Very Grainy That it's at the Point Where You Can't Even Make Out What I'm saying

Note: it was only my microphone that sounded grainy

Unfortunately we can't see on the obs-logs how your microphones sounds like.
Can you provide examples (short audio file), so somebody hearing it may get a clue?

Oooh, i hear nothin than loud crackling at all. There is absolutely no sound (picked by the mic) hearable, isn't it? Sounds like a clear cable break?

Is that what you mean with "grainy"? So it just can't understand what you meant within your first post "I fix it but it sounds..."

I meant I fixed it by getting the mic to actually pick up noises but its just loud and scratchy

A mic should pick up sound, not noises. And it should not crackle. So do you have cabling issues or issues with broken plugs or sockets?
