I'm new in OBS so i may not have found the right option, but checked multiple combinations of audio setting and it still sounds like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xun6H_COFtU&feature=youtu.be . It's in AAC format, 48khz, 128/192 bitrate, I don't remember which one was used in this vid exactly but it sounds the same when using both.

Nothing looks wrong in the logfile; do you have a sample video clip demonstrating the issue?
Only thing I can think of right now is something to do with your Realtek audio drivers, possibly.
Just spitballing, are you running your system audio as more than Stereo? (eg: 5.1, 7.1, etc) I know that OBS can't use more than 2 channels, so it's possible the mixdown to stereo isn't being performed properly if so.

Ah, I'd missed it. Hmm. Possible to do a recording and clap your hands? It's possible that could be what's happening... playback over the speakers, but recording from the mic. Since it's a laptop, I'd assume they're fairly close together. The log says this isn't the case, but I really can't think of why it would sound like it does.
