I have heard of this before, but I am not entirely sure why this would occur. Could I see a log file possibly?

Is this snapping/popping noise that you can hear, or noise that only appears on stream? Also, if it only happens when adding a device, as a workaround I would probably recommend making the webcam a global source or something to prevent it from being reinitialized. Also is says you're using a headset but also have 7.1 audio. Is this correct?

I believe only me and only when I add my webcam. The webcam says in use by OBS and nothing else can use it. Yeah the headset is 7.1 surround, but it does it with it turned on and off.

I am getting the popping/cracking when I use the DeviceSelection.OutputSound but not when I use DeviceSelection.PlayToDesktop. Any thoughts on this???
