Audio Slow Down/Metallic/Reverb when Streaming

Hi! I have a very specific issue where in Stellar Blade, my audio slows down and gets a metallic sound like reverb. I only use the audio source straight from my Elgato 4K X. So there's no other input. I've attached video with an example in each. I've also attached log file for this first one. Any ideas?

I fixed it!. In advance audio settings I had my audio input capture of the game + desktop audio + capture device audio all on Track 1, once I turned it off on the two I didn't need, the audio no longer multiplied and created the metal effect.
