We've been streaming church services using OBS for a couple of months and I finally got around to enabling the live audio on the PC so we could monitor in real time. The issue appears whenever we have our audio input active (background music streaming from the PC is OK) and I enable Monitor & Output in my audio controls. As soon as I start monitoring it skips/echoes every few seconds. As soon as I disable monitoring the skipping stops. I can use the headphones to playback music, etc. from other applications while streaming and there is no issue, but if I'm monitoring live in OBS the skipping occurs.
Couldn't see anything useful in the log at the relevant time. I'll post it anyway for reference. The recording sample comes from around 18:31 through 18:33 in the log file.
