Hello, towards the end of last year I picked up an Elgato HD60S+ and there's a problem with it that I'm desperately trying to fix.
The audio keeps skipping out, I even checked the audio file of the videos I've recorded and there's a visible break in the audio files. I've attached a screenshot to this thread in case it helps.
I've been trying to fix this issue for a good while now and I'm simply flat out of ideas on what to try.
1 person advised I make sure all my devices are set to 48,000 Hz which I have tried but no dice. I even moved over to OBS because I thought the issue was from the 4K Capture Utility but the problem crossed over with it so it's either my Elgato itself or something on my PC.
I've checked the required specs and I am way over the required amount so it's definitely not that.
Is there any advice anyone can offer me?
