Question / Help Audio skipping/desync issues with Elgato since newest update

When capturing/recording gameplay from my elgato, I'm now always hearing an annoying "skipping" sound and the sound is also out of sync. Never had this issue until I installed the latest OBS patch.

I don't have this issue while recording pc gameplay, just with my elgato. I've tried recording gameplay from the elgato software and this issue does not occur. Does anyone have this problem or a fix for it?

Is there a way I can download an older version of OBS until this is fixed?

This is affecting me as well, reverting software back to .64 has not resolved the issue, nor has uninstalling the program completely and re-installing it.

I don't believe this is a capture card issue because when I did a test stream with another program (xsplit) there was no desync present. I'm pretty upset because the other streaming software sucks, please fix this obs!

The changes regarding Elgato were actually submitted by Elgato themselves.

Hello.
I'm using a Blackmagic Ultrastudio Pro to steam Xbox footage as a test for a video stream we're running soon and I am getting audio skipping too. The skipping is only from the BM capture card - audio from my USB headset is fine.
