Question / Help Audio shows in OBS but no sound in stream

All of my audio shows right in the preview in preview in OBS and all of it goes to my stream except my game audio from my Elgato. My music and desktop audio works fine and my mic works fine. And it shows the game audio with everything else in the preview. Why is there no game audio in the stream?

Same problem. I heard you gotta set Elgato to set audio output to desktop. Sounds bad... xsplit works just fine.
