Is there any better solution out there other then analog line out / in ( for a dedicated stream pc setup) ?
Ive tried hdmi through the capt card and have had nothing but problems with sound being poor, added noise. (though i believe this is due to the actual capture card).

Ive had no luck with my avermedia live gamer hd internal capt card with sadly logitech usb headset and getting everything perfectly setup.

Is there any product thatll basically do what line out / line in to two separate computers but in a digital way? Either via a added audio card or such? With real time listening of course while streaming.

HDMI direct audio is the best way, and just set OBS to 'play to desktop' on the device. If you're getting noise or other problems, that's the problem I'd be looking into, if I were in your shoes. Make sure it's set up to provide stereo (2 channel) audio, and not 7.1 or anything.

Literally, what your last line is asking for, is what HDMI audio should do for you.
