In the latest version of OBS studio (27.1.3) in "settings", "output", "recording" tab, I can set the bit rate for an audio track for a video recording but then next to the "recording" tab is an "Audio tab", in here I can also set the audio bitrate. So which takes precedence? I am confused why there are 2 places where I can set the audio bitrate for the same number of tracks.
Audio setting question, tried looking for the answer but unable to find it.

The Audio tab controls the primary bitrate, including streaming.
The Recording audio bitrate is if you want to record at a lower rate for some reason.
The Recording audio bitrate is if you want to record at a lower rate for some reason.
