Question / Help Audio Screeching When Streaming.

Hi I’m collinfrags, twitch.tv/collinfrags. Recently my stream has had this horrible screeching sound in the background and it is causing a lot of new viewers to not like my stream. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out as soon as possible.
