Hey guys, I recently upgraded to a new PC and installed an Elgato HD60 Pro for when I'm capturing my PS4 content. I've sent a ticket to them regarding the issue but I thought I would try posting here to see if I can pinpoint the issue even further.
So far, everything has been smooth while broadcasting to Twitch. However, I have a couple people who watch confirm that there is an audio screech coming through to them every couple of hours. I myself do not hear it, but they have clipped it for me where I will post it here.

I've been told it only comes through every couple of hours or so (very rare but has happened on multiple occasions), and it seems to come through the right ear. Again, I don't hear it during my broadcasts but I've been told it exists on the viewer's side, and this clip confirmed it for me. As far as I know (and I'm still trying to confirm) that this only happens when I'm broadcasting console content (PS4) which is why I've sent a ticket into Elgato to see if they know anything. I'll link a log for when that clip was taken to see if it can be looked at.

Thank you guys in advance for taking a look, if there's anything I can change to test out a fix for the issue please shoot me a message here! Thanks!
