Question / Help Audio repeats same 5-6 seconds is a loop over normal audio

I'm new to streaming so don't expect me to know what everything is exactly.

I just build my own pc (tell me if I need to list my specs) and I wanted to try out streaming. The video is perfectly fine but the audio is weird. It plays the normal audio that the game is making but it takes like 5-6 seconds of audio and repeats it over and over over the normal sound. I have my mic but I disabled it because OBS wouldn't recognize that it is plugged in (Plantronics RIG) so it is not my mic, I don't have a camera, and my live game sound would be muted at the time I would listen to my own stream. (to make sure the audio is OK which it isn't)

Any help would be great!!

That maybe the problem, if you want to watch your own live stream you have to mute the sound on the live stream or it will feedback through

Sound to me like a Echo.
If you want to check your livestream for Auido, you need to use separate computor/device.
Since OBS probably useing for "capture" your default windows audio Playback device.
So you need to Mute your stream while preview, and for Audio checks, ask your friends or do 2mins of stream, than watch it in your past broadcast on webside.
Also, make sure you post a log file nexttime.

If you are watching your own channel unmuted, OBS will pick up the sound from it and broacast it out again, causing the loop. You need to mute your channel, or watch it on another system to avoid looping like this.

Ok, I will try watching it on my phone. I'll give an update.m Oh it worked! thanks. But I don't get how it would not repeat the other sounds and not only that 5-6 second loop.
