when ppl post things that are hours old an get replies
yet mines sat here for a day at minimum with views
an no replies. yea its kinda irritating. So pardon me
for bumping things when theyre getting overlooked.
instead of throwing me to another zone, how about
actually responding in a way that helps.

Because I am an unpaid volunteer and at the moment don't have the time to invest into looking into the problem right now. Skimming a post whose title caught my eye and writing a quick response is easy. Reading a log and investigating an issue and committing to follow-up on that issue can be a larger investment, and I can't devote enough time to do a good job on that right now. What I can do is direct you somewhere that you might actually the help you need at the speed you apparently need it. Bumping a thread over and over is more likely to get you ignored because it is annoying.
