So i'm forced to have all the audio come out of my headset if i want the game audio and skype audio to come out on stream?
 
Hmm no, BUT its not the most simple setup to do. You could route the sound through two Virtual Audio devices. Then combine it on a third device for OBS to record and send it to the Headset/Speakers as you want to.
I think you will probably need to buy Virtual Audio Cable to get that working.
