So I've bought a basic set up to stream gameplay. Xbox to capture card, capture card to laptop. Simple. I was using turtle beach headphones to start with and all worked fine, until they died, as a surprise my partner bought me some replacement ones and now the sound quality from the Xbox is awful. I'm not tech savvy so I have zero clue how to fix this. I've followed other threads, played with the mixer, but to no avail. Can anyone help a total noob sort this out otherwise it's just gonna be a total waste of money
