Question / Help Audio processing error

Hi, I've been using OBS for multiple years now. Generally there isn't an issue I can't fix. However I just built a pc and this issue is a tough one for me to figure out. I can never catch the full error code when it pops up in the bottom left of obs. A few moments after opening my stream in the web browser my audio will start chirping, and the application I am streaming will lag with the chirps. CPU usage is low and the temps are low. Tried a few different drivers. Lowered audio settings in the application and OBS. The only thing I can think of being the issue is a fault with the mobo. A new mobo isn't really an option at the moment. So if this is indeed my issue do any of you think that I can possibly circumvent this issue by getting a dedicated sound card? Below is a small portion of the log file.

It's never been an issue before, but I'll give it a shot when I get back from class. I'll edit this post with results.

Edit: Seems like that did the trick. Any chance you can explain what's going on in my poor little pc's brain to make this issue happen?

USB controllers weren't playing nice from the looks of the log.

All those "behind target timestamp" messages indicate problems. Usually CPU or some sort of low-level interrupt or DPC problem
