Question / Help Audio Problems

Hey dear community,

I bought some streaming components for my PC, graphics card, microphone, etc. . .
When I gamble, listen to music or watch videos, my sound is perfect, but when I start the recording, the sound is very bad in the recording. . .


Could it be that I have a Razer headset and configured it with Razer Synapse v2. 21 as well?
If that were so, how would I solve it?

This is an uploaded video of the sound of a music video.
Sound in Games etc. . . sounds about the same.


Program which was used for recording: Streamlabs OBS v0. 11. 8 (no matter which sound stays the same)
Streamlabs OBS Settings:
Encoder NVENC
Audio bitrate: 192
Recording format: flv
Recording quality High Quality, Medium File Size


Mainboard: MSI H81M-E34
CPU: i5-4460k
GPU: Asus ROG Gtx 1060 6gb
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3000Mhz - DDR4
SSD: Samsung MZ-76E1T0B/EU 860 EVO internal SSD 1TB
Operating system: Windows 10 Home x64

PS. What also surprises me is that the microphone quality is almost perfect, only the audio quality of the PC sounds very bad.

Sounds like virtual surround sound to me, turn it off in Razer Surround then try recording

Is there any way to disable it in Razer Synapse v2.21?

Like i don't see an option to turn it off. and just closing it doesn't work either

Set your OBS to 48 kHz

I can't read your pictures but the first image is about 7.1 Surround Sound

did both of the things, but the game sound is still same...
