Question / Help Audio Problems?

Hello i just recently got OBS and i have no problem streaming but when i talk there is no sound from my mic theres not bar that goes up and down showing me speaking idk why please help! Its not my mic because i just bought 2 new ones and its still not picking up my voice please help!!!
 
Well its on default there is no other option? in there for this mic except realtek microphone which i used for my old mic that didnt work also but im talking to people on skype now so it should be working on there? What should my audio settings be?
 
I just got this message when i tried to preview stream it says an error has occured intializing microphone audio it may not be plugged in or another application could be using it in exclusive mode? I dont get it works when im skyping which i was earlier????
