Sounds like you've got some sort of bass boost or other enhancement enabled on your Realtek onboard audio. Also running two copies of OBS is an amazingly terrible idea, OBS Studio can stream and record at different qualities already.

Yeh i was thinking about deleting OBS and using OBS Studio.
I am currently checking my audio settings

Alright i do not have anything regards Realtek on my Computer but i do have Dell Audio!
First i set it back to the default settings: No difference.
I could not find anything regards enhacements but there is something about Maxx Volume Pro.

EDIT:
Noise reduction is working now.

The log file you provided clearly shows that you're using Realtek audio for both speakers and mic. From the log:

Using desktop audio input: Speakers / Headphones (Realtek High Definition Audio)
Using auxilary audio input: Microphone (Realtek High Definition Audio)

Try installing the latest driver package from http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads...=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false if you're still having issues.
I wish i could download it but it goes to a blank page with text: Object moved to here.
The word here is a hyperlink and that goes back to the link.

great

Then try https://www.google.com/search?q=realtek+hd+audio+driver or go to the Realtek website and navigate to the driver package yourself.
