audio problems

my audio is have a massive echo / delay. I am using internal program and with no external soundcard to broadcast with. Thx

I had to use earbuds to prevent the feedback. I still can't not feed audio into it when I don't want to. I am using zoom and have blamed zoom for passing my mic on to obs even when I have it muted. Go figure. Hope somebody has some ideas on these audio problems.
