Question / Help Audio problems, stalls every couple seconds

I finally got my stream to not have video problems, runs pretty smoothly but then I try playing music in the background and it kind of stalls or pops every couple seconds. Past broadcast are saved, so you can see/hear what I mean:

Hm, are you overclocking at all?

I've tried both overclocking my gpu/cpu and then neither, still pops every couple seconds.

TurboV for CPU
EVGA Precision for GPU

Watching my last broadcast I notice it does it exactly every 7 seconds apart
