your log says:
12:02:25.912: video device: Logitech QuickCam E2500
12:02:25.912: format: I420

If I understand linked post correctly you should switch I420 to MJPEG

Just for an update,
changing my recording software to classic and the cut off have been fixed.
Still audio problems!
You want to fix your mic by software or you are looking for solution?
Looking for a solution but i guess i can fix my mic. Mic is from Roxar or something, the name is unreadable now.

EDIT: Found it! It's a REXXOR Mic - HST 200

Do you have stereo speakers or using multi-channel audio setup in Windows environment?

Edit: what player?

Cleaver... and core libraries installed. Sound Communications tab? :)

Have you a short video example to demonstrate issue?
