Question / Help Audio Problem

Hi guys, I have a big problem capturing audio with OBS and I hope you can help me solve it.

The point is that looking at several headlines I have configured the audio by selecting two tracks (one for the desktop audio and one for the microphone). Then I went to advanced audio setup and selected track number 1 for desktop audio and track number 2 for microphone audio. Everything as I have seen in the tutorials. The surprise is that when I finish recording, I go to the folder where the video is and there are not two files (one with the audio and one with the video). There's only one file. I open it with the Premiere and it comes out as if I had two tracks, one for video and one for audio, it's correct, but the two go together and are inseparable, so I can't regulate the audio of each of the tracks to my liking. It's very frustrating because the same procedure was done with an old Macbook and I recorded two tracks (one for audio and one for video) but now I can't get it with my new PC.

Even if I can't edit the audio separately, this "middle" problem is solved by putting the audio on the desktop and the microphone on the same track (track 1) at the end and what I do is lower the audio on the desktop to -18 and it looks more or less good. I still get angry and wish I could edit the audio on my own, I don't know if they can help me.

On the other hand, when it comes to capturing Nintendo Switch or Ps4 I have another problem. I use the "ElGato HD 60" capture device, which I connect via HDMI to the PC monitor. At the same time I connect the monitor to the PC via DVI-D cable. The microphone is connected to the PC and the headphones to the monitor so you can listen to the sound of the game console. I put the OBS on and I get to perfectly capture the image and sound of the Nintendo Switch as well as my voice through the microphone. It's a bit cumbersome because I have to put the DVI output on the monitor, set the OBS to record and change the monitor signal (in this case to HDMI) again to see what I'm playing. When I'm done I put DVI back on and then I stop recording OBS. The problem here is that the microphone audio picks it up with a little delay. The sound of the game is perfectly synchronized with what's happening on the screen but I realize that I count things by the mic before they happen, so clearly the mic audio is picked up a little early. Not ´se if you have any idea what this might be due to, since when I capture PCs nothing like this happens. I don't know if it will have anything to do with using the monitor for both (playing the Switch via HDMI and capturing it with the OBS via DVI) and if the only solution in this case would be to have a second independent monitor or a TV where the Switch was connected).

Anyway, I hope you can help me in everything, I will be eternally grateful to you :)

It's normal that you only get one video file output this has up to 6 audio tracks (depending on what you have set).
So you can write up to 6 devices or mediasources in separate tracks
you can extract these tracks with audacity

i recommend you to use mkv as a container not mp4
