Question / Help Audio problem while streaming.

Hey, so I started streaming and I have strange problem (at least to me):

When I play music (winamp) I get 3-8x echo in next 2-3 seconds and it is repeating over and over:
- so you would hear one time on stream, second time, third time and so on until it becomes so annoying you can't listen anymore... I hope someone understand what I'm talking about.

Here are my settings and other stuff:

2mb upload
cpu - fx 8320
gpu - radeon hd 1gb ddr3
plantronics headset + mic - working
8gb ram

attachments are - 2 pics with settings and log file

The same echo is there when I try to talk on mic - I turned off mic boost in win7 (cause it was even worse) - I have latest audio drivers...

Don't watch your own stream, or if you must, mute it.

Y I understand but my friend says he has same echo waching my stream

Because when you watch your own stream, you're capturing the stream audio and sending it everywhere over and over.

If you are not watching your stream and he is still getting echo, then there's another problem
