Audio problem ( Robotic / crackling) on Browser Source and Alerts

Hello guys, im having this little problem when i switch to my new PC i already read a lot of forums, videos etc and cant find the fix
Im using App audio beta for games and music, And browser Source for alerts & TriggerFyre and both have this problem
i try to use voicemeeter but for some reason it still works bad

(the music is comming from a Discord bot because im trying to fix it and still the same problem)

Pc Specs:
CPU Ryzen 7 7800x3D
GPU RTX 4070 TI Rog Strix
Mother Rog Strix X670E-E Gaming WIFI
Ram Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR5 5200Mhz (32gb)

The bitrate of the audio tracks are in 320

it is OS bug.

So what is solution i try ASIO4ALL try rate to 256 but still clacling sound..... Its some working solution for obs streaming???

Solution is to make report to Microsoft and wait for theirs respond.

All other actions you can take - are workarounds to the issue. The simplest - do not use Application Audio Capture (beta) source of OBS and do not use any plugins and applications that uses same techniques.

Ok i find way how fix this for some time. I plug headset to monitor and change in windows sound to monitor HDMI output. No sound problem for now in my streams. (this is not solutions because cant now use motherboard sound card but will work for now )

I had the same problem and the same frustration with the videos that, in theory, would solve the problem. I managed to find the solution and recorded a video to help with the resolution. The problem is actually with the OBS feature (Control audio via OBS). I hope this video helps.
