Audio problem on phone and tablet devices

I am using OBS to live stream to YouTube. Laptops, desktops and Smart TVs have no issue with the video and audio that has been live streamed but cell phones and tablets only produce squeaks and chirps audio. The video is fine on the cell phones and tablets. Is there a setting or codec that is wrong or missing? I am not recording the live stream on the computer running OBS. Attached is the log file. Any advice will be appreciated.

I changed the bitrate to 160 and then 192 with no success. I did retest the recorded YouTube videos and the audio was played on laptop, desktop and tablet but not on cell phone. I am at a loss to find where the problem is located.
 
I don't have a clue, too.
Is the cell phone deviated to the mobile version/site of youtube?
Anyway it sounds strange. Maybe someone else here in the forum can contribute/enlighten us more...
