Question / Help audio preview

is there a way to preview audio on obs studio because i've only seen it for obs classic

Try EDIT/Advanced Audio Properties.

Sorry, I can't help you then..I use it for MP3 files and nothing else..

To use the Audio Monitoring feature, click Edit -> Advanced Audio Properties and set Audio Monitoring to either Monitor Only, or Monitor and Output. Monitor Only will not output that device's audio to your stream/recording. Audio for that device will be played out of your system default device, unless otherwise specified in Settings -> Advanced.

If something doesn't work please provide an explanation as to what specifically went wrong. Saying "It doesn't work" with no other info isn't helpful.
