Here's an unlisted youtube video with an example of the audio issue as well as going over my specs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhZ-XRIpgDg

Here's a log report: https://obsproject.com/logs/qtJ3LUhCHbM5nXtD

Here's all my specs mentioned in the video as well:
Specs and info mentioned in video:

•Bit depth 32

•48000hz

•256

•M-audio air 192|6

•Rode nt1 mic

•Everything synched

•Tried multiple sample rates and still the same popping, this is the best I've been able to get it

•Recorded audio in multiple other software like adobe audition and audacity and no popping issue

•Turned off audio timestamp synching in obs

•Filter chain in obs is:

-Compressor at a 2/1 ratio

-18db threshold

-attack and release are 6ms and 40ms, respectively

-output gain of 0db

-sidechain and ducking off

•Noise gate with a close of -43db and an open of -30

attack hold and release are 25, 200, and 150ms

•Lastly I've got a limiter with a -0.5db threshold and a release of 60ms

You're using SE.live. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by SE.live. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

Tried what seemed like an infinite number of changes and tweaks all day with still no solution. https://obsproject.com/logs/YFIjewHkRhP_VeXG

everything is the same setting wise that was mentioned in my previous video and comment, only difference is that SE.live is uninstalled now
