G'day, I've been having a constant issue with OBS that is really putting me off the program. Essentially, the audio quality from my microphone is lower - and I've narrowed down that to "pop" sounds. Basically Ps and Bs and Ss and such, which generally peak your microphone and make everything sound bad. Hence pop filters and all that.
However, OBS seems to pick these noises up especially, and instead of the standard sound of a microphone pop will make an electronic squeak/squeal that almost sounds like an echo. Comparing the same noises/sounds in Audacity versus OBS shows that only OBS picks up these noises. This only happens with microphone audio.

My current setup: Condenser microphone running into an audio interface, then to a USB connection.
Fixes tried:
- Removing all filters/audio effects on the microphone (no effect)
- Lowering microphone sound level (the squeal is quieter - but still there)
- Turning off webcam (No effect)
- Different microphones/cables (I've used two condenser microphones, one a direct connection and one passing through an audio interface. Both had the same issue)
Any ideas on how to fix this? It's really awful, screwing with my audio quality something fierce.
