Question / Help Audio popping and crackling during capture

I have just recently purchased an Elgato HD 60 capture card, and unfortunately only just had the chance to set it up to my PC today. While I did a test recording, and anytime I have any sort of capture software running (idle as well) in the background I experience this problem.

I've searched for a solution in every manner.. from Voicemeeter all the to using a different capture set up.
I have yet to find a way to solve this issue. An help would be greatly appreciated.

let me guess, you only have one PC and you are using a capture card? or are you trying to capture a console game?
