I'm not sure if related... so just in case...
I've noticed that the first time I play some pre-recorded video in OBS, I get odd sound artifacts (pops, drop-outs, etc). If I play that same video again, all is fine. These recordings came from different devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc) similar issue regardless of recording format, bitrate, etc.... no idea why this was happening. And I never bothered to spend the time to figure out if only audible on my PC, vs on a recording/stream... so may have been something I could ignore
again, just food for thought as you troubleshoot, and hopefully get better assistance
Though you didn't mention ANY details on your recording settings, sooo.. probably need to clarify that before anyone can help
