Audio Plug MP3's sound like they're in a time warp

I installed SRbeep plugin but replaced the MP3s with my own. The default MP3s playback fine. But the MP3s I replaced them with playback REALLY slowly. Short video showing what I am exactly dealing with. .

Did not see an edit button. The MP3s sound is VERY loud to me, so is there any way to adjust their volume?
