Hi everyone. I have a dual pc stream setup with a goxlr, sending audio from my gaming pc to my streaming pc. I have routed the line in’s/out’s from the goxlr to my stream pc.
I have one audio input capture source in obs on my streaming pc. I am able to control different audio like Spotify, discord, games and my mic on my goxlr.
However, the audio sounds terrible on the stream. My mic sounds normal on stream weird enough, but games and music sound like it’s underwater or something. When I play for instance spotify, it will sound normal for about 2 seconds, then the level will drop and it sounds like it is muffled or inside of a chamber.
I have fidgeted with audio streaming quality in obs and the same result. I have the settings of things like desktop audio, etc in the audio settings tab disabled since I assume the goxlr is controlling that. Though I do have the mic/auxiliary input set to my line in or microphone input. I have fidgeted with changing these settings as well with the same result however.
Also, my GoXLR is connected via USB to my gaming PC. Someone suggested flipping things around, in which case I will if I have to. But I prefer the current setup I have if I can get it to work. Per many youtube videos, this seems to be the setup.
Any ideas?
Here is a google drive link to a short clip I took of the audio playing for a couple seconds then cutting out. I really appreciate any and all help!
