I want to get my stream's audio to both my headset and my stream. Right now its one or the other. I'm also trying to get my Elgato capture card audio to output to both as well. I'm using base OBS and my headset is a USB wireless headset with a mic if that helps any. I've tried a number of solutions from different Youtube videos and help articles such as changing various settings in Windows and OBS (stereo mixer, changing default devices, etc). None of that has worked. The temporary solution was doubling the desktop source, but that created a fun echo on stream. Help please!

1. How do I get the audio from my game capture onboard source to play to both my stream and my wireless headset?
2. How do I get the same thing, but with my elgato capture card?
