Question / Help Audio out of Sync with Video

I stream with Game Capture (League of Legends mainly) And all my audio mic/in game feed lag behind the video, it seems actions happen, then two seconds later the sound happens on stream...
 
Try using "Force desktop audio to use video timestamps as a base for audio time" under Advanced Settings. I was having the same issue and it worked for me, sort of. I changed my framerate from 30 to 45, without changing this setting, and the audio delay returned, then went to 60, and the delay went away again.
 
i had the same problem also i managed to fix it by rewatching my stream and going to advanced audio properties i then set my desktop audio to -1800 milliseconds because with that and switching my fps around i was able to make the audio and video finally match
